- Add the finely chopped onions. Saute till onions becomes soft.
- Add Curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and the spices (chilli powder, pepper powder)
- Cover and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
- Now add the drained tuna and mix everything well. Cook everything for 12 - 15 minutes. (You can see the masala is dry by this time)
- Add coconut to the above and mix well.
- Add garam masala and mix everything well. Cook for another 4-6 minutes.
