  1. Take 2 tuna fillets
  2. Make ready 100 grams sesame
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped chives

  2. Dry the tuna fillets with paper towels and cover them
  3. Put the fillets in the pan with sesame oil to cook them at high temperature. The idea is to sear them cooking well the exterior, but leaving rare/raw the interior.
  4. Remove the fillets and add the soy sauce, the lemon juice and the chopped chives to the pan with the sesame oil/garlic for 30 seconds to make the sauce. CAREFUL: the pan will splash some hot oil!
  5. Pour the sauce in the top of the fillets and enjoy!
