  1. Take rice and toor daal. And make slightly coarse flour of it in mixer jar.
  2. Now In a broad kadhai take 4.5 cups water. Add ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, turmeric, soda, 5 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp curd, hing and bring it to boil. Boil for another 20 mins.
  3. Now in flour add boiled green toor and chopped coriander. And mix well. Add this flour mixture into boiling water and mix well. No lumps should be there.
  4. Mix well for 2-3 mins. Now cover the kadhai and on slow flame cook the dough for another 5mins.
  5. Remove the dough from gas. Make laadwa dhoklii of the hot dough as shown in picture.
  6. Now in a steamer steam the ladwa dhoklii for 20mins.
  7. You can serve this dhoklii hot with kachha oil. Or you can have them as vagharela Dhokla. I have cut them in small cubes and fried them like Dhokla.
