Instructions to make Squid patty:
- Roughly mince the squid using a knife or blender with meat mincing blade.
- Put pork into a blender with meat mincing blade and mince until smooth.
- Mix pork, squid, flour salt and dashi stock well together using a flat spoon or a food processor.
- Add dill and mix again.
- Pan-fried method: Heat oil on a frying pan at medium heat. When oil is hot, using a spoon, scoop the patty out on to the pan and flatten it. Cook until both side are golden and take them out to serve.
- Boiling method: Boil a pot of water on high temperature. When water is boiled, using a spoon, scoop out the patty and throw it in the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes and take them out to serve.
- Optional: Add some salt and dashi stock to the water with the boiled patty. Throw broccoli and cauliflower in for some vege goodness.
- Serve with rice.
